Started out as a little pup, steady pissing on the sidewalk.
Saw the bodies outlined in chalk, still doing what you want and really didn't give a fuck.
Prepared to endure the horror, not beyond the darkness but around the corner.
Snows falling and its getting colder, eleventh hour get back to the sewers.

Work them fingers to the bone and still every living creature on earth dies alone. At least some days we find the sun to shine and it reminds us all that we've got a little more time.

After all this life I've lived, I wish I had advice to give; always watch the skies and poutine your fries.
There is no better teacher on this earth than failure.
Pounding pavement no destination or a living host for an infestation.
Failing semesters with addiction, just stay strong and soldier on.
